The civil and professional liability team handles various areas of civil liability arising from acts or omissions by state institutions or private organisations.
This is a legally mature team whose members were selected on the basis of their extensive involvement and consequent experience in of the specific sub-branches of this area of the law.
The team is structured on the basis of the fundamental differences between civil liability on the part of the state and its institutions and private civil liability. The former includes matters such as liability arising from executive, legislative and judicial actions and the latter includes issues such as product liability, construction liability and doctors’ and lawyers’ professional liability.
