Eduardo Nogueira Pinto, a senior associate in PLMJ’s employment law team, has written an opinion article in the newspaper jornal I on the measures to make dismissal more flexible contained in the proposal for constitutional revision recently presented by the PSD (the social democrat opposition party). Nogueira Pinto believes that rather than creating more flexibility in relation to dismissals, we should be thinking about making fixed-term contract more accessible.
